You no longer need to wait until autumn to change your polyclinic. You can register with another healthcare organization at any time, but no more than once per year.
📌 Key Rules:
🔹 For most citizens, registration is based on their place of permanent or temporary residence registration, taking territorial accessibility into account.
🔹 When registering with a new polyclinic, deregistration from the previous one occurs automatically.
👶 Children under 18, pregnant women, and women after childbirth may register at their actual place of residence, regardless of whether they are officially registered at that address.
👩👦 If a child and parent are registered with different polyclinics, priority is given to the child’s place of registration. If desired, the parent may register with the same polyclinic and service area.
♿ For persons with Group II and III disabilities, applications can be submitted online through eGov. For persons with Group I disabilities, the option of applying in person remains available.
🎓 Adult students may independently choose a polyclinic based on their place of study or residence, taking territorial accessibility into account.
🌍 Separate rules apply to foreign citizens depending on their status and eligibility for healthcare services within the frameworks of EMC, GVFMC, and MHI.
📱 An application for registration can be submitted through eGov, and in cases предусмотренных regulations, directly at the polyclinic.
The main thing is that there is no longer any need to wait until autumn.
Review the registration requirements and choose a healthcare organization in accordance with the established rules.
