We provide primary health care for adults and children. More than 60,000 registered residents, 8 departments and our own laboratory — close to home and free of charge under the guaranteed benefits package and compulsory health insurance.

Provide your full name, district and reason for the visit — the operator will select a doctor.
Choose a convenient date and time for an appointment with the required specialist.
Arrive on time with your ID and medical record.
Appointments with a therapist, pediatrician and most specialists are provided free of charge.

The call center is open Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 and Sat 09:00–14:00. Appointments are also available through eGov.kz.
The polyclinic employs 258 staff members, including 61 doctors and 132 nurses; 25 doctors hold the highest qualification category. The full list of specialists is available on the “Doctors” page.
