Compulsory Social Health Insurance (CSHI) helps improve the quality of medical services and increase healthcare system funding, making more consultations and examinations available free of charge.
How can I register with the clinic now?
There are two ways: submit an application addressed to the chief physician in person at the clinic reception desk, or register with the clinic through the eGov.kz e-government portal.
When can I get a new glucometer if mine is broken?
A glucometer can be provided when you are placed under dispensary follow-up — once a year.
What does CSHI provide to the population?
It improves access to medical care, better meets patients’ needs, increases life expectancy and quality of life, and reduces informal payments for medical care.
How can I make an appointment with a doctor?
By calling the clinic call center at +7 (727) 310-02-02, through the eGov.kz portal, or in person at the clinic reception desk.
How can I call a doctor to my home?
Call the clinic call center and provide the patient’s full name, address, and complaints. For details, see the “Doctor Home Visit” page.
Where should I go if I need a death certificate on a weekend?
On Sundays from 09:00 to 14:00, the clinic provides appointments for issuing death certificates.
